🥗Spicy cucumber salad
Balance hormones and sugar levels with this crunchy, very tasty and refreshing salad that takes less than 10 minutes.
Ingredients-
🥒1 large cucumber thinly sliced)
🫘1tsp roasted flaxseeds
🥜 Peanut roasted
✅For the dressing –
🥄apple cider vinegar
🧂Himalayan pink salt
🌶️ chilli flakes
🧄 Garlic
🍋Lemon juice
Method:
1️⃣Dry roast peanuts and flaxseeds and pound them really well.
2️⃣ Now peel the garlic, pound it and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
3️⃣Thinly slice cucumbers and transfer into a bowl.
4️⃣For the dressing, mix together pounded garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, chilli flakes, black salt, and lemon juice.
5️⃣Once all the prep is done, in a bowl, add slices cucumbers, add pounded nuts and seeds, add the dressing and mix it really really well.
Serve it immediately!
