It’s substantially healthier than most salad dressings and tastes 10000x’s better, too. If you love the ginger dressing at your local hibachi place, SAVE this recipe!

1/2 cup yellow or white onion, chopped
1/2 cup avocado oil (or olive oil)
1/4 cup rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
3tbsp ginger, freshly grated
2 large stalks of celery, chopped
2.5 tbsp soy sauce
3tsp tomato paste
1tsp honey
2tsp lemon juice
1tsp salt, more to taste
1tbsp water

Blend all ingredients together. Serve over salad, with chicken, heck drink it with a cup. It’s the good, lol. Enjoy!
