Ingredients :

Fruit salad :

Bananas
Strawberries
Pineapples
Mangos
Apples
Honey
Lemon zest
A squeeze of lemon
Peanut butter
Yogurt

Date smoothie (makes from 2 to 3 cups):

2 big bananas
1 & 1/4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of oats
8 dates-pitted
2 table spoons of peanut butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon

Fruit and yogurt plate:

Greek vanilla yogurt
Mixed fruits
Granola :
Dried dates or apricots

Potato salad (serves 2 people):

2 small boiled potatoes cut into cubes
2 boiled eggs
2 cucumbers
1/2 cup of yogurt
2 table spoons of light mayonnaise
Pinch of salt and cumin

Avocado toast:

Brown toast
Smashed avocado with a pinch of salt and paprika and a squeeze of lemon
Sliced tomatoes with olive oil and dried
basil
Boiled eggs
Feta cheese
