In this video, I’m sharing a simple and healthy low-carb recipe perfect for meal prep or a clean dinner! 🍗🥦

First, I defrosted chicken breast using cold water, marinated it with spices, and then washed my fresh broccoli and mixed vegetables. 🌽🥕 I seasoned everything, placed it on a tray, and roasted it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C, with heat from top and bottom for a juicy and flavorful result! 🔥

This is a great option for anyone following a low carb or keto-friendly diet.

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Broccoli
Mixed Vegetables (your choice)

Marinade Spices (Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Onions & Lemon Juice )

Cooking Instructions:
Defrost chicken in a bowl with cold water.
Marinate chicken with your favorite spices.
Wash broccoli and vegetables.
Season everything, place on the oven tray.

Roast for 30 minutes at 180°C, heat from top and bottom.
