Weightloss Recipes : Paneer & Veggies Sandwich

Ingredients
80 gm grated carrots
100 gm grated paneer
50 gm finely chopped mix bell peppers
15 gm grated beetroot
Salt as taste
1/3 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp oregano
2 bread slices, I am using from @stonemillbakehouse and absolutely love this low carb bread. (Not sponsored)

Method :
In a mixing bowl, add all above mentioned sandwich mix ingredients. Take 50 gm fat free yogurt & 2 tap mint chutney. Mix well and the dressing will be ready. Spread the dressing and add the sandwich stuffing. Toast or grill and enjoy the sandwich
