Ingredients (Serves 1):
• 1/2 scoop or 1 tosp protein powder
• 1 tsp date powder (3–5g)
• 1 tbsp instant coffee
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative (60–120ml)
• Ice cubes as needed
• Extra frothed milk (60–120ml)
• 1 cup water to brew coffee with 1 tosp instant coffee

How to Make:
1. Brew coffee using 1 cup water + 1 tbsp instant coffee. Let it cool.
2. Froth 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk. Add protein powder + date powder. Froth again.
3. Fill glass with ice, pour the protein mix, add brewed coffee.
4. Top with more frothed milk. Stir & enjoy!
