Chicken Kurma made with coconut, cashews & spices. This is a great combination for Biryani and Parotta. Adjust the amount of chilli powder and salt according to your taste.
Ingredients for grinding :
1 tsp Cumin seeds,
1 tsp Fennel seeds,
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
3 cardomom
5 cashews
2 green chillies
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
some curry leaves
1/2 cup coconut cuts
