In a bowl, take besan (gram flour), chopped onions, salt, a pinch of hing (asafoetida), chilli flakes, and chopped coriander. 🥣
Add a little water gradually and mix well until you get a smooth, pourable batter (not too thick or runny). ðŸ¤
Heat a tawa and drizzle a little oil.
Pour a small portion of the batter onto the tawa and spread it gently to form a small cheela.
Before flipping, drizzle a little oil on top and sprinkle grated or crumbled paneer and a bit more chopped coriander.🌿
Carefully flip the cheela and cook the other side until golden and crisp.
