Shaam ka Nashta (5:00 PM)
Chai ya doodh + biscuit ya makhan toast
Koi fruit (saib, kela)

Raat ka Khana (7:30–8:30 PM)
Weight gain salad (aap ki banai hui)
Saath mein agar chahein to ek roti ya thorey chawal

Sonay se Pehlay (10:00–11:00 PM)
Doodh + shehad ya chhota sa fruit (agar bhook ho)
