Tiramisu? Nope, Chiamisu 😆 giving chia seeds another try because it’s healthy and high in fiber. Recipe:

– 3 tablespoons chiaseeds
– coffee
– strawberries (or blueberries, mango etc.)
-yogurt
-cocoa powder

in a small container mix chia seeds with coffee. the seeds should be covered. Refrigerate overnight. The next day, add strawberries, yogurt and cocoa powder.
