Steamed Pork with Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients:
• 300g pork shoulder
• 2 pinches salt & pepper (for seasoning the pork)
• 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 stalk green onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 head cabbage, cut into bite-sized cubes
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 4 tbsp Korean soju
• 50ml water
• 2 tbsp soy sauce (regular or dark)
• 100g enoki mushrooms
