Ragi Cocoa Puffs

𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒆:
*Sprouted Ragi Flour- 1/4 cup
*Suji- 1/4 cup
*Cocoa Powder- 2 tbsp
*Sugar- 2 tbsp
*Ghee- 1 tbsp
*Water- 1 cup
𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅:
♥Mic ragi flour in water till dissolved & cook on medium heat till it’s thick.
♥Add rest of the ingredients & mix & cook on medium heat till everything comes together to form a dough.
♥Cook till the water evaporates & the dough is not sticky.
♥Cool down completely.
♥Roll out & cut into squares as shown or roll into tiny balls.
♥Spread on a baking tray & airfry at 200C for 20-25mins or till crisp.
♥Cool & store in airtight jars.
♥Serve with cold milk.

Note: don’t overbake it’ll turn hard
