My version of Green papaya salad or Thai Som Tam. I used our organic green papaya and red small tomatoes from our garden. This recipe is so simple,easy,cheap but absolutely healthy.

Ingredients:
Green papaya
Carrots
Red chili pepper
Red Tomatoes
Garlic
fish sauce
calamansi (Philippine lime)
Brown sugar
cashew nuts ( you can use peanuts)
