Easy dum mutton briyani, #briyaniintamil,#briyani,#briyanirecipeintamil
Ingredients
Pasumathi rice -1/2kg
Mutton-1/2kg
Oil-100g
Ghee-25g
Onion-200g
Garlic-40g
Ginger-55g
Tomato-150g
Curd-75g
Heat the pan and add ghee and oil. After that adding spices like cardamon,pattah,kirambu. Adding chopped onion and stir well to become golden colour. Then add ginger garlic paste and stir well till the raw smell goes off. Then add tomato and gurd, squeeze small amount of lemon juice stir well till the tomato mashed. Then add chilly powder and turmeric powder. Once oil oops out then add washed mutton into it. stir well with masalas and then add water, once it getting boiling close the lid and put the pressure for 6 whistle.
Seperately half cooked the rice and drain the water. Add this half cooked rice to the masala and put the dum for 15 mins. Open the lid and then add ghee before mix the briyani. Now briyani is ready for serving. It goes well with egg and onion raita.
