Spinach smoothie:
1.Chopped spinach
2.one ripe banana
3.2 dates
4.1/2 cup milk
5.chia seed-1 teaspoon
6.Dry fruits
Method:Blend all the ingredients. Pour in a glass.Add chia seeds and mixed nuts.

Spinach Omlete
Ingredients:
1.Two eggs
2.Chopped spinach
3.Whole cumin-1/2 tea spoon
4.Ginger paste-1/2 tea spoon
5.Turmeric powder
6.salt
Method:Mix all the ingredients. Beat the eggs and mix well.Heat the pan and pour the mixture. When one side cooked flip omlete and let this side cook.serve with cucumber and carrot.

Spinach paratha
Ingredients:
1.wheat flour
2.chopped spinach
3.ginger paste
4.Turmeric powder
5.Hing
6.whole cumin
6.water
Method:Mix all the ingredients and made a dough.keep dough aside for 20 minutes. Roll the dough whichever shape you want.Heat a tawa and fry the paratha with little amount of ghee.Serve paratha with curd or chatni.
