Healthy Chicken Cutlet Recipe | No Roti Needed | Butter-Fried & Waffle Maker Version | Easy Dinner Idea

Today’s vlog is all about a wholesome and filling Chicken Cutlet that can be enjoyed as a complete dinner without needing roti or rice. I wanted to make something healthy, satisfying, and easy, so I combined chicken with chana (chickpeas) and other simple ingredients to create a nutritious cutlet that is packed with flavor and protein.

In this video, I’ve shown all the ingredients and the complete preparation process. Instead of deep-frying, I used very little oil and mostly butter, cooking the cutlets slowly on a low flame to achieve a crispy outside while keeping them soft and juicy inside.

I also experimented by making the same cutlets in a waffle maker, and the result was surprisingly delicious! Whether you prefer a frying pan or a waffle maker, both methods work wonderfully.
