Bow tie pasta and tofu dinner
8 Ingredient Low Calorie Bow Tie Pasta and Tofu Dish! Under 30 Minute Healthy Recipe!
Bow tie pasta recipe:
1/2 Pack 12 oz Bow Tie Pasta
1/4 Cup Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Chopped Canned Olives
3/4 Cup Frozen Peas
1/2 Cup Pesto
1 pack of firm Tofu :
Grill with 1 Tea Spoon Oil and your favorite seasonings! I used Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning Blend.
Boil water and then cook pasta
While pasta is cooking cut tofu and add to a skillet with the oil and seasoning
Once pasta is done drain and add back to the pot
Add tomatoes, olives, peas and pesto.
Add a little water if the pesto is too thick but the frozen peas should add extra moisture
Let the pasta mixture cook on low till tofu is crispy.
