WEIGHTLOSS RECIPES Ep-16 ( Sprouts Curd ) 🌱

Light on calories, heavy on nutrition! This sprouts curd bowl is your gut-friendly, protein-packed ticket to healthy weight loss—one spoonful at a time 🥄😋

Recipe :

Take 1 bowl hungcurd
Add 1 cup soaked Basil seeds
Add 1 tsp Salt
Add 1 tsp Chaat Masala
Beat the curd well
Add 1 cup chopped Onion
Add 1 cup chopped Tomato
Add 1 cup sprouts
Add 1 cup pomegranate
Add 1 tsp chopped green chilli
Add handful of coriander leaves
Whisk everything well

For the tadka –
Take 1 tbsp Ghee
Add 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Add 2 dried Red Chilli
Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder & Turmeric Powder each

Add the tadka to the bowl & mix well
Garnish with pomegranate, sprouts & coriander leaves !
