Make the Paneer Ghotala and Pav for an easy breakfast or dinner recipe.

Recipe-

Paneer – 200 gms grated
Onion- 2 chopped
Tomato – 3 chopped
Green chillies – 2 chopped
Ginger- garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Oil and butter

Masala-
Haldi powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Salt to taste

Toasted Pav-
Pav as needed
Butter

Process-

1. In a kadhai, add oil and butter. Add in onion and fry, followed by ginger- garlic paste.
2. Add chopped tomato and cook for 3-4 mins.
3.Add all the above given masala along with salt. Cook till masala is well cooked.
4. Add hot water and let it boil for around 5 mins.
5. Add cheese and coriander leaves.
6. Heat pav with some butter.

Serve this hot and enjoy.
