Cucumber Tahini Sandwich – Quick Recipe
Ingredients:
Sesame seeds, black pepper, garlic, olive oil
English cucumber, salt
Hung curd, chilli flakes, green chillies, coriander
Bread slices
Steps:
Tahini Paste: Roast sesame, garlic & black pepper in olive oil. Blend into a paste.
Cucumber: Slice and marinate in olive oil, salt & pepper.
Curd Dip: Mix hung curd with chilli flakes, chopped green chillies & coriander.
Assemble:
One slice: spread tahini paste
Other slice: spread curd dip
Layer cucumber evenly in between
Serve: Cut into triangles or rectangles and enjoy!
