Packed with the goodness of ragi & the flavours of a classic sandwich, this Ragi Roti Sandwich is delicious & will keep you feeling full and satisfied!
Ingredients:
1 cup Ragi Flour
â…“ cup Water
Salt to taste
Green Chutney
Boiled Potato Slices
Tomato Slices
Onion Slices
Cucumber Slices
Grated Cheese
Chaat Masala
Butter
Method:
– Bring water to a rolling boil, add in ragi flour and cook for 2-3 minutes on a low flame
– Transfer into a bowl, knead into a soft dough and rest for 10-15mins
– Divide into equal portions and roll out rotis
– Cook them till they are soft on a tawa
– Spread a layer of chutney on it and place ingredients in each corner
– Fold as shown in the video and cook using butter till it is crispy
– Garnish with some sev and serve hot with chutney and ketchup
