ragi green moong dal dosa:
🍳ragi 1/2 cup.
🍳green moong dall 1/2 cup
🍳1/4 teaspoon fenugreek
🍳soak it all for 8 to 12 hours.
🍳blend it with green cilli, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, coconut and required salt.
🍳no fermentation
salad:
🥗take a mixing bowl
🥗add 4 teaspoon of curd, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, few curry leaves, salt and finally add cucumber and big onion mix well. add some roasted peanuts if you want crunch.
