Ingredients:
(for base)
soya chunks
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 onion

(for dressing)
salt to taste
black pepper
Coriander
pudina
garlic clove
paneer

recipe:
boil soya chunks then squeez all the water out of it then take a pan / kadahi put 2-3 spoon oil, salt to taste, lil bit of turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, salt to taste, and saute it until it turns little crispy. then for base finly grade carrot, cut cucumber, tomato and onion.
for dressing put coriander, mint leaves, paneer and garlic cloves into jar add some water, salto taste and black pepper and grind it well. once the dressing is ready it’s time for assembling. take a bowl put all the veggies in it then sauted soya chunks and prepared dressing add salt to taste. mix it well. your bowl of protein is ready to serve.
