Ingredients:
1 Cup / 250g Fairlife Fat Free Milk
1 Tbsp / 15g Heavy Cream
½ Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
¼ Tsp Xanthan Gum
1 Pinch / 0.4g Salt
3 tbsp / 45g Zero Calorie Sweetener (Monkfruit & Erythritol)
1 Tbsp / 15g Fat Free Milk

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together for about a minute. Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours. When it’s frozen, take out of the freezer for about 15 minutes or run under hot tap water for a minute. Spin in Ninja Creami using the Lite Ice Cream setting. Add another tablespoon of milk, then re-spin and enjoy on its own, or add your favorite mix ins!
