Recipe for 6-8 vadas

Ingredients

IN HINDI

सूजी – 1 कप
प्याज – 1 बारीक कटा हुआ
हरी मिर्च – 2 बारीक कटी हुई
करी पत्ते – 8 बारीक कटा हुआ
अजवायन – 1/2 चम्मच
जीरा – 1/2 चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर – 1/2 चम्मच
नमक – स्वादानुसार
धनिया – 4 बड़े चम्मच कटा हुआ
पानी – 3 बड़े चम्मच
दही – 1/2 कप
बेकिंग सोडा – 1/4 चम्मच

IN ENGLISH

Semolina – 1 cup
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Green Chillies – 2 finely chopped
Curry Leaves – 8 finely chopped
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Coriander – 4 tbsp chopped
Water – 3 tbsp
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
