Ingredients:
2 cups plain greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp of sweetener of choice
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
175g blackberries
100g raspberries
30g cup granola (140 calories)
40g dark chocolate
Method:
Mix yogurt, sweetener, vanilla extract and protein powder until fully combined.
Pour mixture onto a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Add all the toppings and freeze until firm or 3-4 hours.
