Instructions:
1. Cut the avocado, remove the seed, and scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
2. Mash the avocado well until smooth.
3. Add finely chopped onion and tomato to the mashed avocado.
4. Season with black salt and squeeze in the juice of one lemon.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of Veba Mint Mayonnaise and mix everything well to form a creamy guacamole spread.
6. Take two slices of Health Factory No Maida Bread.
7. Place half a cheese slice on one bread slice and the other half on the second slice.
8. Air fry the bread slices at 180°C for 2 minutes until lightly toasted and the cheese melts.
9. Spread the prepared avocado mixture generously over the air-fried bread.
10. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy, delicious avocado toast!
