vegetable Poha Recipe

vegetable used :
carrot , potato , beans ,

soak 2 cup poha , in a kadhai add oil 1 tablespoon + ghee 1/2 tablespoon. Add khada masala . some grated ginger and green chilli , fry them and add all the veggies along with turmeric powder and salt as per taste. when all the veggies are 80 to 90% cooked add the onions and fry till golden brown. Add 1 teaspoon garam masala , 1 tablespoon sugar , roasted peanuts and the soaked poha mix everything well and your super healthy vegetable Poha is ready .
