Easy & Healthy Cocoa Peanut butter Snack

INGREDIENTS ( 1 serving)
1 small banana (90 grams)
1,5 tbsp ( 23 grams) all natural peanut butter
3 tbsp (45 grams) Greek yogurt, 0% fat
1 tsp (3 grams) maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put the banana on a plate and mash with a fork into a puree.
2. Add the peanut butter to the mashed banana. Stir with a fork until mixed.
3. Pour the banana-peanut butter mixture into a smal cup or bowl. Set aside.
4. In anothre small bowl; add your Greek yogurt, maple syrup and cocoa powder. Stir with a teaspoon until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
5. Put the yogurt-cocoa mixture on top of the mashed banana in the cup.
6. Spread it out evenly using the back of the teaspoon.
7. Then dig in and enjoy!
