Tonight’s dinner is a summer salad from the South of France. Salade niçoise is my favorite salad – it is colorful and flavorful.
I used lettuce and lemon from the garden. Then I steamed some potatoes and green beans, boiled eggs and seared a slab of ahi tuna. A sprinkle of coarse salt and a drizzling of homemade vinaigrette… yum!
