I use protein powder for a lot of things and really have no problems with it, but some people don’t like the taste, texture, or it upsets their stomach which is totally understandable, so this smoothie is a great, high protein alternative as an option without protein powder.
I used the coconut yogurt because it goes great with the banana, mango and pineapple, but really the point here is you can use some fairlife milk, any sort of high protein yogurt, and whatever fruit you like and you’ll be good to go with a smoothie with over 50g of protein without protein powder. I will be using protein powder quite often moving forward, but just wanted to call out an option for those that may be out, that don’t like it, or just don’t want to spend the money on it at the moment!
