Easy Delicious Healthy Indian Snack Recipe
1. Take a bowl and 1 cup of besan along with 1 cup curd, now add crushed green chilli and ginger.
2. Add 1 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of table salt, and a cup of water mix well untilli lit has consistency as shown in the video.
3. Now whisk the mixture properly and pour it in a pan.
4. Cook and stir it continuously for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Once it has reached the consistency as shown in the video, spread it on the outer face of the thali.
6. Make perpendicular cuts the and roll them to give a shape of khandvi.
7. Now put 1/2 tsp of rai and curry leaves in hot oil and pour the mixture on the khandvi rolls.
Super soft and healthy Khandvi is ready.
