🌿 Mixed Vegetable Paratha Recipe
🥕 Ingredients (Makes 6-8 Parathas):
For the stuffing:
• 1 cup grated carrot
• 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
• ½ cup grated or finely chopped cabbage
• ½ cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
• ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum
• ½ tsp grated ginger
• 1 chopped green chili (optional)
• ½ tsp ajwain
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp chat masala or amchur powder
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves – chopped
For the dough:
• 2 cups whole wheat or refined flour
• 1 tsp ghee
• Salt to taste
• Water (as needed)
Others:
• Ghee or oil for roasting
