➀ Makes: Around 4 Rotis

➀ Ingredients:
β€’ Β½ cup – Pre-washed Quinoa / Rinsed, dried & toasted Quinoa / Quinoa Flour
β€’ β…› tsp – Salt (or to taste)
β€’ 1 tsp + Β½ tsp – Oil
β€’ As needed – Water
β€’ Some – Melted Ghee / Butter (optional)

1 cup = 250ml, 1 TBSP = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml
