Here’s a cool refreshing and protein-packed summer dish you’ll love – a healthier version of the famous Nepali Chukauni but made perfect for weight loss and digestion 🌿

What’s New in This Version?
Instead of the usual boiled potatoes I’ve added boiled kabuli chana which gives a similar texture and taste but with more protein and fibre – ideal for weight loss.
To add freshness and fibre I’ve included cucumber and onion.
And to take the flavour to the next level I’ve added a special tadka with hing for better digestion and kasoori methi for that amazing aroma 💚

🥣 Ingredients:

* 150g low fat curd (whisked smooth)
* 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
* Pink salt + black salt to taste
* 100-150g boiled kabuli chana
* 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
* 2-3 tbsp chopped onion
* Fresh coriander leaves

🌶️ Tadka (Tempering):

* 1.5 tsp oil or ghee
* 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
* A pinch of hing (helps with gas from chana)
* 1/4 tsp haldi
* 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
* 1-2 green chillies (chopped)
* A few curry leaves
* Toasted peanuts (optional but gives crunch)

Protein- 16.2g
Fats- 11g
Fibre- 8.7g
Carbs- 41g
