• 1/2 banana
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
• splash of milk
TOPPING:
• 1/2 banana (cut in slices)
• 3-4 dates (cut in smaller pieces)
• 4 strawberries (cut in smaller pieces or however you want)
PREPARATION:
• Add ingredients for pudding in a blender and blend well
• Pour in a bowl
• Add ingredients for the topping on top, decoreate as you like
