Today’s video is a fulllll what I eat in a day & a peek into my movement (and special surprise – Sami Clarke at the FORM NYC popup). In my diet I prioritize protein, color, and whole food ingredients that make me feel nourished, fueled, and HAPPY.
SO many fun recipes in this video as well as health tips, how I hit 10k steps, BTS of content creation, grocery trips, and SO MUCH MORE.
While this is also a What I Eat in a Day video, PLEASE remember that every day looks so so different for me and ALL bodies are different as well! While I do focus on a high protein, whole-food ingredient lifestyle I always have and always will preach BALANCE.
What fuels me may not be exactly right for you and THATS OKAY – again, this is just ONE day of my eats, so never compare someone else’s FDOE to yours.

Pre- workout fuel:
Ambrosia Bar
Post-workout Breakfast:
3 ingredient protein bagels topped with cottage cheese, spinach, and turkey slices
Coffee:
Nespresso double espresso pistachio with almond milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon
Lunch:
Kale sautee bowl with homemade turkey meatballs, beets, roasted chickpeas, red tomato, feta cheese, olive oil, and red wine vinegar
Afternoon Snack:
Greek yogurt bowl with frozen wild blueberries, frozen japanese sweet potato, & my homemade protein granola (recipe on my TikTok!)
Dinner:
Mango Cucumber Salmon Bowl
Post-Dinner:
Poppi, homemade healthy banana bread, and a Yasso Bar
Supplements:
Sera and Mattina Duo (morning and night), and Lemme Sleep
And ALWAYS remember: It’s not healthy if it’s not bringing you joy.
