▶️Ingredients:
Ingredients for the main dough:
– Bread flour: 300 g
– Oat flour: 100 g
– Water: 260 ml
– Lukewarm Water: 30 ml
– Dry yeast: 4 g
– Salt: 5 g
– Sugar: 5 g
– Olive oil: 20ml
– Ingredients for the glaze
– 1/4 cup of boiled water + 1 TSP of flour
– Some black seeds
– Some flaked barley
▶️Equipment:
– Suitable bowls
– Silicone /Wooden Spatula
– Plastic wrap
– Parchment Paper
– Rolling pin
▶️ Instructions:
– Kick off by mixing two types of flour
– Add water gradually and mix thoroughly
– Leave it aside for 90 minutes
– Mix the other ingredients step by step in another bowl.
– Add it to the dough
– Add olive oil and knead well
– You can use an electric mixer to knead better
– Leave it aside for 30 minutes
– Divide into 3 pieces
– Make dough balls
– Let it rest for 15 minutes
– Spread out the dough using a rolling pin
– Take it up and place it on a baking tray
– Make several grooves on the surface of the dough
– Let it rest for 30 minutes
– Mix lukewarm water + flour and stir well
– Glaze the dough with a brush
– Sprinkle some black seeds
– Sprinkle some flaked barley
– Spray some water on them
