Recipe of Chana dapl paneer tikki :
1)Soak Chana dal for 2-3 hrs then make paste with ginger and green chilli
2)Add grated paneer, carrot, finely chopped onion, salt, chaat masala, roasted Cumin Powder
3) Greese oil in pan then shallow fry all tikkis
4) serve with amazing dressing
For dressing :
Mix Hung curd, Paneer, Red chilli powder and salt
