Yo, everyone! So, to celebrate the fact that I got myself a ninja blender during the work, I am bringing two low calories, high protein calorie blender recipes to you today so if your goal is fat loss or muscle building, you will be able to slot these into your diet very nicely. Also, throughout the video, seeing as 2020 is coming to an end, I talk about what I learned this year/what 2020 has taught me! So, the first recipe I make is none other than chocolate chip protein pancakes. And you will see that I use bread which is quite a strange one but I have tested this recipe out with bananas and it’s just not as nice! And in these chocolate chip protein pancakes, there are 508 calories, 54g carbs, 8g fat, and 50g protein. You get 6 fluffy sized pancakes in total but you probably could stretch it to 7/8 with a little more liquid and if you don’t drink some of the pancake mixes 😂

The next recipe is the famous anabolic protein ice cream inspired by Greg Doucette. This is the ideal recipe if you’re trying to lose fat because it’s low in calories, it’s high in protein, it’s very high in volume and it’s tasty too! And in the whole thing, there are 412 calories, 23g carbs, 6g fat, and 60g protein – really, really good macros!
