Macros For One The Flying Dutchman Burger:

~ 300 Calories 
~ 26g Protein
~ 15g Carbs
~ 15g Fat

Ingredients:

✅ – Beef:

* 70g 96/4 Ground Beef (for each patty-x2)

✅ – Sauce:

* Light Mayo, Ketchup, Yellow Mustard, Pickle juice (about 1 tbsp of each for 3 burgers)

* 2 Kraft singles or Reduced Fat American Cheese

* Pickle Slices

✅ – Bun:

* 2 Thick Slices White Onion (Cooked on medium heat for 6 mins each side)
