🥥✨ Homemade Coconut Granola Recipe! ✨🥥

This is the first of 75 delicious recipes to make life that little bit easier when you’re a mum trying to put your health first. 🎉 Whether you’re meal prepping or just looking for a tasty snack, this coconut granola is a must-try!

What you’ll need:

– 40g coconut oil
– 200g oats
– 100g nuts & seeds
– 50g shredded coconut
– 3 tbsp maple syrup
– 70g chopped dates

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) 🔥
2. Melt the coconut oil and mix well with the oats, nuts & seeds, shredded coconut, tbsp maple syrup, and chopped dates.
3. Spread the mixture thinly on a baking tray.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly toasted and golden brown. Be sure to check half way and rotate the oats to get them evenly toasted.

Mix, bake, and enjoy on yogurt, smoothie bowls, or straight out of the jar! 😋
