Hung Curd Salad Dressing Herby Whip

Ingredients:
½ cup hung curd (thick yogurt)
1 tsp mayo (optional, for richness)
1 tsp mustard
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Whisk everything in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
