Carrot Cucumber Noodle Salad

Ingredients
80 gm Cucumber Noodles
50 gm Carrot Noodles
130 gm Fat free yogurt
5 G peanuts
Spices : Kala namak, chaat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder as taste
1/2 line juice
Fresh mint, basil and coriander leaves

Method :
In a bowl, add yogurt, spices, lemon juice & herbs. Give it a mix, whisk well. Cut carrots & cucumbers in julienne and add those noodles in the yogurt mix and 3G peanuts here. Give it a good mix and serve , top with 2g peanuts.
