Details
– 1 mashed banana
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup gf flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 2 tsp cinnamon
– Pinch of salt
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
– 2 tsp coconut sugar
1. In a bowl, combine mashed banana, maple syrup, vanilla, and an egg.
2. Add in gf flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Combine.
3. Fold in chopped walnuts and pour banana bread mixture into a lined mini loaf pan.
4. Top with coconut sugar and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
5. Let cool and enjoy 😉
