Perfect for beating the summertime heat, try these easy no-cook meal preps!

* Bottled Iced Coffee- I brew a pot of coffee and add in my favorite flavored creamers, and then pour into bottles to store in the fridge. Save yourself some cash and a Starbucks run in the morning by making these!

* Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits – made with your favorite yogurt and frozen fruit. As the fruit melts, it creates a sauce for the yogurt. I pack granola on the side to keep it crunchy!

* Adult Lunchables – I like pepperoni and pepperjack, Michael likes turkey and cheddar, but choose YOUR favorites and cut or fold into small slices. I use the individually wrapped cracker stackers and a little sweet treat to keep things fun alongside my baby carrots and apple slices. Small containers of ranch for dipping are a must in my house. 

* Southwest Chicken Salad – use pre-cooked chicken like this, rotisserie chicken, or canned chicken to start. Dice into bite-sized pieces. Add pico de gallo salsa, black beans, canned corn, and shredded cheese. I like to top the salad with ranch dressing and chipotle sauce for a little kick! Tortilla chips on the side make for a delicious dipper or crunchy topping.
