If you don’t have a stove in your van, that doesn’t mean you can’t cook yourself healthy meals…..I have tried a few appliances now during my van life travels in Australia, in this episode we are testing out the Kickass grill vs the George Foreman Grill on my path to finding products that don’t use teflon non-stick coating. I will also discuss why I have chosen an InstantPot vs a rice cooker, and take you through a new favourite meal I am making in it.
