👩🏻🍳 Recipe:
In a bowl, mix together:
* 1 cup cooked & cooled rice
* 1 cup fresh curd (yogurt)
* 2 tbsp grated carrot
* 2 tbsp grated cucumber
* Spices to taste: black salt, chaat masala, black pepper, and salt
(Optional: Add 1 tsp honey if you like a mild sweetness in your curd rice.)
Mix well until creamy and smooth.
🔥 Prepare the tempering (tadka):
* Heat 2 tbsp ghee and add:
* 1 tsp mustard seeds
* A few curry leaves
* 1 tbsp cashews
* 1 tbsp peanuts
* 2–3 dried red chillies
Sauté till golden and aromatic, then pour over the curd rice.

* Fresh coriander leaves
* Pomegranate pearls
