HIGH PROTEIN Sprouted Moong Dal cheela

1. In a mixer jar, grind 1 cup sprouted moong dal, half cup Oats, 2 green chillies, half inch chopped ginger, half cup water.
2. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl, add 1cup suji, half cup rice flour and 1 cup water, mix well and cover for 10 minutes.
3. Then add finely chopped onion, chopped tomato, grated carrots, chopped bell pepper (2 tbsp each).
4. Add salt as per taste, homemade masala, red chilli powder and mix. Adjust the consistency by adding more water.
5. Heat tawa and spread to make chiila, cook from both side and serve with curd or chutney.
