Aaj ka recipe: Healthy Paneer Sandwich 🥪

Aaj maine banaya ek super healthy, tasty aur quick paneer sandwich!

🔸 Ingredients:
Multigrain bread (blanket se mangayi thi)
Paneer – chhote chhote pieces mein cut kiya
Yellow capsicum, green capsicum, cucumber, onion, tomato – sabko finely chop kiya

🔸 Method:
Thoda sa olive oil mein sab veggies aur paneer ko halka sa sauté kiya – sirf thoda sa crunch aur flavour ke liye.
Fir multigrain bread mein ye tasty filling bhari – bina butter ya cheese ke, lekin taste full on!
